We hope that you will be happy with all products purchased from the Site, however, if you are not, you have the right to change your mind and cancel the Transaction at any time before shipment and within 30 days after shipment (beginning on the day after you receive the products (Cooling-Off Period)). In all return situations, we may require you to send us proof of your original purchase together with proof of returning the products to us before we are able to process your refund. You understand that any delay in providing us with evidence we have requested may delay the processing of your refund. We will usually refund any money received from you by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Nothing in these conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law.
