What do I do if my game arrives missing a component or damaged?Updated 7 months ago

If you purchased a game from our site, please reach out! We would love to see what we can do. Click on Submit a Request as visible on the top right hand side of this page.

If you purchased your game from an authorized retailer, return the game to the store and follow their current return/exchange policies. Generally, you'll be able to exchange your copy or receive a refund depending on the issue and their inventory as long as you have your original proof of purchase. If they aren’t able to assist you, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you! Please submit a request on the top right of this page. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for products that were not purchased directly from our USA retail partners or webstores.
